Greenville Avenue comprised of lower, middle and upper (north of Mockingbird through and past Old Town) is loaded with restaurants, personal services, a smattering of boutiques and is home to the infamous St. Patrick’s Day Parade. We were the first to say it, but we don’t mind repeating ourselves - with the property values being what they are, just watch starting with lower Greenville for the increase of higher-end retail. We believe it will become its own “miracle mile” of shopping – with an east Dallas flavor. And it’s about time!
