Greenville Ave

Greenville Avenue comprised of lower, middle and upper (north of Mockingbird through and past Old Town) is loaded with restaurants, personal services, a smattering of boutiques and is home to the infamous St. Patrick’s Day Parade.  We were the first to say it, but we don’t mind repeating ourselves - with the property values being what they are, just watch starting with lower Greenville for the increase of higher-end retail. We believe it will become its own “miracle mile” of shopping – with an east Dallas flavor.  And it’s about time!

True West Opens Thursday at Contemporary Theatre of Dallas

The Sam Shepard play stars Gregory Lush and Mike Schraeder in the lead roles about sibling rivalry in this classic dark comedy.

The production explores the relationship and psychosis of two brothers, who clash over a film script in their mother’s California home.  Austin, the achiever, is working on a love story he has sold to a film producer when his brother Lee, a demented petty thief, drops in. Does Net Neutrality Loss = The New Ghetto

As a growing small media company owner, some of you know of my involvement in lobbying for Net Neutrality, which is the continued absence of regulation in regards to the Open Internet and something everyone should agree on and embrace.  This critical issue will be decided, as called by FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski yesterday.  In the grand scheme of things, this affects all of us so today I’m encouraging all of you to learn about and support Net Neutrality and to encourage the FCC Board, located below, to vote against a Tier System on the Open Internet on December 21, 2010.
