Scardello Artisan Cheese offers traditionally made, handcrafted and artisan foods, with approximately 140 cut-to-order seasonal cheeses including, American and Texas artisan cheese and European imports. This boutique for foodies also offers wine by the bottle, gourmet salts, dried imported pasta and polenta, olive oils, condiments, crackers and small-batch chocolates.
At lunch, create your own cheese plate with bread, accompaniments and cheese priced by weight or try a hot pressed sandwich made with the finest cheeses and other delicious artisanal products. Scardello also offers a variety of cheese-tasting classes and pairing events. For $25, owner and cheesemonger Rich Rogers educates guests on the characteristics of seasonal cheeses and cheese pairing fundamentals! Experience comparative tastings of cheese and out-of-the-ordinary items that will help you focus on the distinct flavors of each cheese type. Wine is always available by the glass during lunch and happy hour.

You can relax indoors in their gorgeous intimate restaurant or if you need a little staycation, sit outside overlooking the soothing fountain with towering trees. Their signature drinks are only $4 each and include the Marrakesh Mint Martini, Moroccan Mojito and the Madrid Sangria. Well drinks are on $3. If you fancy a nibble, their maza/tapas come in a variety of hot or cold plates such as their Dips, Phyllos (wraps), Skewers and Mini Pizzas and range between $3 - $4.
