Welcome to Intownmix

Dallas can best be described as a series of neighborhoods and through our Mix Guide, you will find a home page for each of the unique business districts surrounding them in urban Dallas (inside 635).  Find out about events, who’s doing business, trends and when we’re out of beta; you’ll find reviews locally, nationally and internationally.  With 53,000 registered recipients, the weekly e-blast reaches a few hundred thousand people in 50 countries and is celebrated for showcasing Dallas arts, culture and lifestyle to locals, professionals and international shoppers.  While we populate the site, add features and work out the kinks; we’ll introduce you to a mix of personalities who put the Big in Big D art, business, real estate and non-profit news!  We’re in BETA, what’s your story?

The Library

The Library Bar is offering a bit o’ the luck all month with great specials…...ummmm a Black and Tan with a spot of Shephards Pie sounds just downright scrumptious right now…..

Green Central

Looking for something near the Greenville Avenue parade after having caught all the beeds and candy you wish, make your way over to Central 214 and continue the festivities with Irish tunes, cozy fireplace, green beer and a menu special featuring grilled brats, hot dogs, chicken, and beef with all the sides.

Psychic Dinner

Psychic and metaphysical expert, John Capello has been leading a double life as a different kind of Visionary - one for the City of Dallas.
After serving on the board of the West Dallas Business Association for many years, he was a key player in leading the organization to becoming the West Dallas Chamber of Commerce.

Free Pancakes at Norma's

To celebrate National Pancake day, both locations of Norma’s Café will offer free pancakes.  Just bring a can of food for their food drive and they will serve you one free pancake for every can of food you bring into the restaurant.  No limit – if you think you can eat 12 pancakes, bring a case of something and you’re on!

Dali Wine Bar

Owner Paul Pinnell says the regular Dali menu will be transformed into a lovers culinary paradise.  A generous four-course dinner will replace the regular menu this weekend and depending on your preference, the Sommelier will choose champagne and wine selections to perfectly accompany the dinner.  Because the restaurant is also a retail outlet for wine, you may purchase bottles of your favorite selections.

Poetic Valentine

we can’t tell you how many times we’ve heard someone try to explain the restaurant’s location to a newbie:  “You know Munger and Gaston?  Well, go about a block east and a bock south, across the street from the playground.”  The Garden Café has long been one of Dallas’ not so secret secrets for lunch and breakfast but everyone once in a while they open for dinner on special occasions like Valentines and it’s BYOB.
