Urban Bazaar Sneak Peek

With more than 90 vendors in the streets in Bishop Arts this weekend during the Old Oak Cliff Home Tour, the weather calls for overcast which is perfect for touring homes and shopping.  Check out these three highlights at Urban Street Bazaar.  And its a complimentary event.

One Up Designs (Shown)

Wall graphics by One Up Designs is a the modern alternative to wallpaper created by James Partch in Dallas, these removable graphics, create unique wall decor in less than an hour—keep them up for a day or a year or until you change your mind.  Then simply peel off to change the look of your room.  With many modern design motifs available in a wide range of colors, you can now turn your blank walls into a sophisticated art installation!

Loop and Lil created by local Dallas designer, Amanda Evans are items handcrafted and one-of-a-kind baby and toddler clothes as well as accessories for children and adults.  Using vintage and vintage-inspired fabrics and simple, classic designs, Loop and Lil crafts each garment with joy, passion and love that goes with creating art by hand.

 

 

 

Madeline Wood

Fashion Designer Rachel Nichelson debuted her clothing line, Madeline Wood in Fall 2005.  She is an environmentally responsible designer and Nichelson includes garments in her collection made of 100 percent organic cotton knit jersey and hand dyed with low impacted dyes.  For Spring 2009, she introduced her latest designs at Pin Show, a fashion exhibit she is both founder and co-producer of.  The collection features fine fabrics, attention to detail and construction designed for the independent, confident and romantic woman.  Simply put, Nichelson designs clothing that makes you smile.
